Mekong Delta Citizens with Better Chances for Healthcare Services

On the afternoon of 17^th March, 2015, a contract on healthcare equipment provision and installation was officially signed by leaders of Can Tho General Hospital and IMPE Company (Ideal Medical Products Engineering) under the witness of the city leaders, representatives from French Embassy in Hanoi and IMPE Company. Especially, the event was more solemnly and with the presence of H.E. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Mentioned his speech at the ceremony, Dr. Le Quang Vo, Director of Can Tho General Hospital, emphasized that the signed contract not only offers good opportunities to the Hospital itself with modern equipment served for disease diagnose and treatment activities but also to citizens of the Mekong Delta with better quality of healthcare services and lower costs. More importantly, it is considered the result of the good and effective cooperation and negotiation between the Hospital and the Company, which further enhances the traditional cooperation and friendship between two countries.

The emphasized notes were additionally strengthened via Mr. Thomas Fernander, IMPE President. He said that this was the first time his Company as well as the French side had a contract for healthcare equipment provision for Vietnam, particularly Can Tho General Hospital. As a result, he committed that all provided equipment would be the best which can fully meet the citizens' disease diagnosis and treatment requirements.
