Announcement on Vietnamese Host Institution Recruitment for Fulbright English Teaching Assistants 2018 - 2019

It was announced on January 01^st, 2018 by the U.S. Mission to Vietnam that interested Vietnamese host institutions are invited to lodge their applications for the ETA program in the 2018 – 2019 school year.

The program provides Vietnamese gifted high schools, colleges and universities (excluding those in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city) chances to host a native English language speaking teaching assistant to work at their premises for one academic year (from September, 2018 to May, 2019). It additionally aims at providing support to English teaching and learning activities at hosting institutions. The English teaching assistants' responsibilities include providing English teaching lectures on listening and speaking skills and taking part in cultural exchange programs to contribute to promoting mutual understanding and cooperation between Vietnam and the U.S.

Eligible and interested institutions can apply for the above program by 17:00 on February 28^th, 2018.
