Exhibition and Fair "Can Tho City - 20 years of achievements and development"

On November 2, 2023, Can Tho City People's Committee solemnly opened the fair and exhibition "Can Tho City - 20 years of achievements and development".

This is an important event, aimed at celebrating and marking the journey of determination, effort and continuous striving of the government and people of Can Tho City to become an ecological, civilized, modern city, the regional center for commercial services, tourism, logistics, high-tech agriculture, and science and technology in the Mekong Delta.

Within the framework of the Exhibition and Fair "Can Tho City - 20 years of achievements and development" from November 2 to November 6, the Vietnam International Agriculture Fair 2023 is an important highlight with more than 350 booths of 20 provinces and cities, and more than 100 domestic businesses and more than 10 foreign countries including China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Republic of Korea, and Thailand. This is an opportunity to promote and introduce the strengths of Can Tho to business associations, domestic and foreign investors; strengthen trade connections and cooperation.

In addition to exhibitions and displays, there are also trade promotion and connection activities, workshops, science and technology transfer, and cultural performance and programs.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Viet Truong - Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee said that he believed the Exhibition and Fair "Can Tho City - 20 years of achievements and development" would be an exhibition space for outstanding achievements over the time, an opportunity to promote the advantages to develop Can Tho. At the same time, the event was an effective connection and an important trade promotion channel for localities and businesses to expand their cooperation.
