The city leaders and related departments briefed the Group about city planning and projects calling for investment in transportation and logistics infrastructure. The Group was also informed about major projects, including the agro-business hub and the airport city model.

Pavilion Group is a leading property development company in Malaysia, which was started in 1981. In recent years, Pavilion Group had established the strategic relationship with national investment funds such as Qatar Investment Authority and Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, with total values of the two funds reaching more than 600 billion U.S. dollars.

The Group has had several major projects in public infrastructure in Malaysia, namely Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Bakun hydropower dam, national highway, and other projects in Bahrain, UAE, India, and Qatar.

Based on the portfolio of the Group, Can Tho City could offer the potential investment in highway projects, trade centers, airport and seaport logistics, as well as the city administrative area.
