The two sides hailed substantive developments in their relations across sectors, noting that the outcome of talks between the nations' Party leaders and officials provide orientations for the Vietnamese and Chinese ministries to perform their missions towards each country's security and order as well as regional and international peace, stability, and development.

At the meetings, they highlighted the satisfactory  results from the implementation of agreements reached at the fourth conference on cooperation in crime prevention and control in Beijing in October 2014.

They noted that the two sides have maintained both regular and unscheduled meetings and effectively coordinated in crime prevention and combat, helping ensure their respective security and order along with peace, friendship and sustainable development in border communities.

The Vietnamese ministry and Chinese law enforcement bodies agreed to step up cooperation in criminal hunting and conducting crackdowns on transnational organised crime, hi-tech crime, drug crime, and human trafficking.

They will also work closely to ensure security for activities marking the 65 th anniversary of diplomatic ties while intensifying exchanges between law enforcement forces and the younger generations to depeend the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two peoples.

Minister Quang in turn emphasized the Vietnamese ministry attaches high importance to its security cooperation with Chinese law enforcement agencies.

He also congratulated the Chinese Party, Government and people on their tremendous achievements and the contributions from law enforcement agencies.
